Michael Howard, 38, of 112 Neal Drive, Rossville was arrested October 18 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Jessica Goldsmith, 17, of 239 Kaylors Cove Circle, Ringgold was arrested October 18 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Leslie Chitwood, 17, of 293 Stonecrest Circle, Ringgold was arrested October 18 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Julie Manis, 21, of 164 Amy Lane, Ringgold was arrested October 19 on charges of violation of Georgia’s controlled substance act and failure to maintain lane.

John Garrick, 23, of 5506 Woodlawn Drive, Chattanooga was arrested October 19 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain lane, fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement and defective windshield.

Dennis Cantrell, 21, of 172 Timberidge Trail, Ringgold was arrested October 19 on charges of disorderly conduct by obstruction and probation violation.

Jose Diaz, 37, of 63 Hummingbird Lane, Ringgold was arrested October 19 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Jimmy Guffey, 33, of 83 Hilltop Road, Ringgold was arrested October 19 on charges of driving while license suspended, leaving the scene of an accident and shoplifting.

Gregory Stoner, 27, of 7 Pegram Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested October 20 on charges of failure to stop at the scene of an accident/hit & run, following too closely and and outstanding warrant.

Jackie Simpson, 43, of 20 Elaine Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested October 20 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Linda Cross, 39, of 115 Herron Street, Apt 6, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested October 21 on a probation violation.

Ruslan Shaylista, 20, of 11901 Country Estate, Apison, TN was arrested October 21 on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.

Kelvin Thomas, 27, of 516 Henderson, Lafayette was arrested October 21 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Michael Ellison, 19, of 58 Steele Street, Lafayette was arrested October 21 on outstanding warrants.

Jason Jenkins, 40, of 1808 Farmland Drive, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested October 23 on a charge of shoplifting.

Jael Cruz Flores, 20, of 6th Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested October 23 on charges of driving without a valid license and tinted tag cover.

Brendon Britt, 18, of 181 Limekiln Road, Ringgold was arrested October 23 on a charge of underage consumption.

Jordan Burnette, 25, of 262 South Cedar Lane, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested October 23 on a charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Matthew Sweat, 34, of 118 Daphne Lane, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested October 24 on a charge of disorderly conduct by obstruction.

Man Shot On East Henderson Drive; Suspect Sought

Chattanooga Police responded to 740 East Henderson Drive at approximately 9:02 p.m. on Thursday for a person shot.  Officers located a black male victim who was suffering from a single gunshot wound to the chest.
